Hi, I'm Veronica: a certified travel agent and the person who's going to make your destination wedding, honeymoon, or bachelorette party feel less like a project and more like the beginning of the best chapter of your life.

I built Vows and Venture by Veronications because destination weddings, honeymoons, and epic bachelor/ette parties deserve someone who knows the difference between a standard ceremony package and what's actually included, who understands what a room block is and why it’s important, who's thought through every "what if" so you don't have to,  and who shows up for you the way this moment deserves.

Whether you're dreaming of exchanging vows on the beach at an all-inclusive resort, saying "I do" in front of Cinderella Castle at Walt Disney World, sailing into the sunset on a cruise ship with your closest people, or sending your best friend off in style on a destination bachelorette party…I plan all of it. The details, the logistics, the guest coordination, the timeline, the questions you didn't even know to ask. All of it.

Our process makes planning your biggest days simple.

Your Consultation

Step 1: We start with a conversation, just us. I want to hear about your vision, your guests, your timeline, and any questions you've been carrying around since the moment you got engaged. Nothing is too small to ask. This is where we figure out exactly what you need and I start mapping out how to make it happen.

Your Perfect Destination

Step 2: Based on everything we discussed, I'll present the destinations and resort options that fit your vision and your budget. Once you've fallen in love with the right one, I'll secure your room block and get your guests set up with everything they need to book, so the coordination is handled from day one.

The Planning Process

Step 3: This is where I go to work. I'll coordinate with your resort's wedding team, manage guest bookings and questions as they come in, keep your timeline on track, and handle the details that would otherwise live on a very stressful spreadsheet on your phone. You stay in the loop on everything that matters, without being buried in logistics.

Just Show Up

Step 4: By the time your travel date arrives, every detail is confirmed and every question has been answered. All you have to do is pack your bags, get there, and be fully present for one of the best moments of your life. I'll be reachable the entire trip in case anything comes up, because that's what I'm here for.
